Puseletso Manyaka is a Medical Biological Scientist specializing in molecular diagnostics, microbiology, and human metabolomics. She is the Co-Founder and Director of the African Institute of Medical Scientists (AIMS) and serves as the Director of Chapters for Shadow A Scientist. Her expertise includes molecular diagnostics, clinical trial research, and scientific project management. She holds certifications in HPCSA, GCP, GCLP, and IATA.

Puseletso attended Kgalema Primary and graduated from Hulwazi Secondary School before starting her professional career.
